David describes his work as being founded on the traditions of the Old Masters through to the great French impressionists but cites Robert Lenkiewicz as a major influence.
David has produces a large number of paintings each year, working in the South of France and in his studio in St. Ives, Cornwall and his paintings are in private collections around the world.
